Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pieceful Seams Quilt Shoppe. Following are the terms and conditions for order processing and shipping.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Upon receipt of an order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

During periods of high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will be emailed a Shipment Confirmation containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Pieceful Seams uses the United States Postal System (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping. We do not ship outside of the continental USA.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages

Pieceful Seams is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pieceful Seams we want your sewing experience to be pleasant, and we strive for quality and accuracy in fulfilling your order. If you discover a flaw in the fabric or kit, please notify us within 10 days of purchase by either calling the shoppe during business hours or emailing us at info@piecefulseams.com. We aim for as authentic as possible representations of the fabric in our images. All fabric and kit purchases are final.

We strive to ship as quickly as possible after your order has been processed. Order cancellations will be honored within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not been shipped.
